Accounts Payable Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end invoice processing in Bill.com including GL coding, PO matching, and payment execution
• Review and reconcile vendor statements monthly to resolve discrepancies and duplicate payments
• Manage payment runs and ensure all transactions are recorded in Rillet
• Own 1099 preparation, filing, and W-9/TIN documentation maintenance
• Process invoices across multiple international legal entities and currencies
• Administer employee expense reimbursement via Navan and manage the corporate card program
• Support month-end close through AP accrual entries and subledger reconciliations
• Support annual audits by preparing AP aging schedules and vendor reconciliations

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience
• Hands-on experience with Bill.com or similar AP automation platforms
• Experience administering T&E or expense platforms like Navan, Concur, or Expensify
• Experience with modern cloud ERPs such as Rillet, NetSuite, or Sage Intacct
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills for building reconciliations and pivot tables
• Working knowledge of 1099 reporting and W-9 collection
• Experience with procure-to-pay platforms like Zip, Coupa, or Ramp

Preferred Qualifications

• Multi-entity or multi-currency AP experience
• Experience supporting financial statement audits
