Accounts Payable Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform accounts payable functions using Business Central
• Manage weekly payment transactions, including wire transfers
• Handle daily invoicing and high-volume email correspondence
• Reconcile vendor statements and assist with month-end close activities
• Review weekly A/P aging reports and resolve or escalate discrepancies
• Assist with external audits and period-end closing activities
• Support the finance team with cost center inquiries and other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance, or Banking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business
• Experience with Business Central or other ERP software
• Experience with QuickBooks
