Accounts Payable Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable functions including three-way matching
• Ensure proper coding of invoices and accurate entry into ERP system
• Review and process employee expense reports
• Maintain GRNI reports and resolve unmatched items with Purchasing & Receiving
• Assist with vendor onboarding and month-end close processes
• Perform data entry of invoices and execute vendor payments
• Provide support to Transactional Accounting and Accounting Operations Managers
• Maintain organization of all AP documentation

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in accounts payable or related finance roles
• High School Diploma
• Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Accounting
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or LN
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and methodical approach to problem-solving
