Accounts Payable Specialist

Responsibilities

• Independently process and verify incoming supplier invoices
• Match invoices with purchase orders, goods receipts, and contractual agreements
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies with Procurement and Warehouse teams
• Act as a key point of contact for Accounts Payable-related queries
• Maintain and update supplier master data and bank details
• Reconcile and monitor supplier ledger accounts

Requirements

• Strong affinity for numbers and detail-oriented approach
• Relevant professional experience in accounting or finance, ideally in Accounts Payable
• Completed commercial or financial qualification or several years of practical finance experience
• Fluency in English
• German language skills are an advantage
