Accounts Payable Specialist

Responsibilities

• Independent checking and processing of supplier invoices, including reconciliation with orders, goods receipts, and contractual agreements
• Analysis and clarification of invoice discrepancies in close cooperation with Procurement, Warehouse, and other stakeholders
• Acting as a contact person for internal and external inquiries regarding Accounts Payable topics and maintaining professional supplier relationships
• Maintaining and updating supplier master data, including bank details, in compliance with internal controls
• Monitoring and reconciling supplier accounts to ensure correct and timely payment processing

Requirements

• Strong affinity for numbers and a structured, precise way of working
• Relevant professional experience in a similar role in accounting or finance, ideally in Accounts Payable
• Completed commercial or finance-related training or several years of practical experience in finance
• Very good English skills; German skills are an advantage
