Accounts Payable Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute timely supplier payment processes in accordance with company policies and procedures within a regional scope
• Suggest payments and verify compliance with supplier payment policies to meet company obligations
• Control and validate payments against bank vouchers to ensure accurate supplier settlement
• Analyze supplier portfolios, including invoices, credit notes, and advances, to maintain a healthy account status
• Perform weekly payment analysis reports to reconcile system information against payment suggestions
• Maintain clean vendor statements by reconciling bank items against accounting entries
• Provide timely information to users and suppliers regarding payments, returns, and balances
• Manage factoring cancellations and review payment complements based on supplier payments

Requirements

• University degree in Administration or Accounting
• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably within the manufacturing industry
• Specialized knowledge in Accounts Payable and Accounting principles
• English proficiency between 80% and 100%
