Accounts Payable Specialist

E4A Solutions is a leading engineering firm specializing in power plant and substation services. We provide power plant installation, demolition, rebuilding, and retrofitting, along with equipment supply, engineering, construction, high-voltage switchyards, and auxiliary services.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices
• Prepare and review expense reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper coding
• Prepare and post journal entries related to payables and month-end close activities
• Reconcile accounts and research discrepancies using strong analytical skills
• Maintain vendor relationships and communicate professionally regarding payment status and inquiries
• Support financial reporting and assist with audits as needed

Requirements

• Strong foundation in Finance and Accounting
• Experience supporting accounts payable operations
• Proficiency in accounting or ERP software
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Demonstrated analytical skills to interpret financial data
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
