Accounts Payable - Senior Process Analyst

Responsibilities

• Process and manage both PO and non-PO vendor invoices accurately
• Audit Travel & Expense (T&E) claims to ensure adherence to company policies
• Handle timely vendor payments in accordance with agreed-upon terms
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and payment schedules
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to invoices, payments, and receipts
• Assist in generating regular AP reports for management and audit purposes
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and other internal departments to resolve issues

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in invoice processing and accounts payable functions
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for collaborating with vendors and internal teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience handling T&E claims and vendor management
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and processes
