Accounts Payable Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end AP operations ensuring vendors are paid accurately and on time
• Maintain internal controls and scale the payables function
• Work closely with Engineering, Operations, and Legal stakeholders
• Support IPO readiness and audit preparation efforts
• Manage high invoice volumes with accuracy and attention to detail
• Support month-end close processes including AP accruals and reconciliations

Requirements

• 3–6 years of accounts payable or broader accounting experience
• Experience in high-growth technology or infrastructure companies preferred
• Strong understanding of invoice processing, three-way matching, and vendor management
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Familiarity with month-end close, AP accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting audit readiness, SOX compliance, or IPO preparation
• Exposure to multi-entity or multi-currency AP environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA or progress toward CPA is a plus
• Experience with procurement or expense management tools like Ramp or Coupa
• Familiarity with intercompany accounting or cost center structures
