Accounts Payable Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Accounts Payable within a GBS model
• Oversee and monitor daily AP operations performed by BPO providers
• Validate service delivery against SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards
• Act as the first point of escalation for complex issues such as blocked invoices, pricing discrepancies, and payment failures
• Perform quality reviews and audits to ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance policies
• Identify process inefficiencies and support automation initiatives like OCR or RPA
• Provide reporting and analytics regarding SLA compliance, invoice accuracy, and backlog aging
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders including Finance and Procurement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 4-6 years of professional experience in Accounts Payable
• Proven experience working within GBS or Shared Services environments
• Experience supporting or working with BPO providers
• Proficiency in ERP systems, specifically SAP or Oracle
• Intermediate to advanced English language skills
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis
