Accounts Payable - Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Oversee the accounts payable department to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments
• Manage the transition and stabilization of processes with new outsourced service providers
• Maintain accounts payable policies and procedures while ensuring strict compliance with company standards
• Monitor and analyze AP processes to recommend improvements for increased efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate with procurement and finance departments to ensure seamless payment workflows
• Review key reports including aging reports, cash flow projections, and vendor performance metrics
• Supervise outsourced service providers and ensure accurate month-end and year-end close processes
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and assist with audits by providing necessary documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and internal controls
• Experience with ERP systems and accounting software
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) for interacting with international stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail
• Experience in process improvement and implementing best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Power BI and Alteryx
