About the role
Responsibilities
- Review, enter, and process chain account invoices
- Revise chain account accruals based on invoices received
- Validate customer invoices for accuracy and input payment details into accounting system
- Obtain necessary supporting documentation for all invoices
- Enter validation for promotional expenses in the accounting system
- Revise agreement validation lines for missed or late promotions
- Review claims aging reports to ensure timely payments or billing
- Upload monthly accruals to each chain
- Provide customer service to chain accounts and support to sales teams
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or invoice processing
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service position
- Advanced Excel, Outlook, and Word skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- SAP experience
