Accounts Payable Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier invoices from receipt through to final payment
• Receive, verify, code, and enter invoices into the financial system
• Secure necessary approvals and schedule regular payment runs
• Reconcile vendor accounts and maintain accurate financial records
• Manage vendor communications and resolve any billing discrepancies
• Support month-end closing processes and financial audits to ensure compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar accounts payable or finance role

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with SAP
