Accounts Payable Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounts payable operations including vendor setup, invoice intake, and 3-way match
• Oversee invoice processing through Esker and SAP
• Ensure timely vendor payments in compliance with company policy and SOX requirements
• Manage vendor onboarding, master data maintenance, and communications
• Oversee annual 1099 preparation and regulatory compliance
• Own the AP month-end close process, including journal entries and accruals
• Partner with Procurement and Legal to ensure proper purchasing workflows
• Identify automation opportunities and lead process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant accounts payable experience
• Experience processing high-volume invoices in a complex, multi-entity environment
• Knowledge of GAAP, SOX, and internal controls in a public-company environment
• Experience preparing journal entries for month-end accounting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to meet strict deadlines while managing multiple workstreams

Preferred Qualifications

• BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• Experience with OCR invoice processing systems
• Proficiency with SAP or Esker
