Accounts Payable Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the full accounts payable cycle, establishing and enforcing controls for invoice processing and approval
• Oversee disbursements including check runs, ACH, and wires via banking portals
• Manage corporate card and spend programs in Ramp, ensuring clean sync into NetSuite
• Lead AP-related month-end close activities, including accruals and reconciliations using FloQast
• Develop and refine procurement and procure-to-pay strategies and workflows
• Research, evaluate, and manage supplier performance and relationships
• Lead, mentor, and develop the AP and procurement team
• Serve as functional owner for the procure-to-pay technology stack (NetSuite, Ramp, FloQast)
• Partner with Treasury and Accounting on cash management and disbursement planning
• Establish and report on AP and procurement KPIs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of progressive experience in accounts payable and/or procurement
• 2+ years of experience leading or managing a team
• Hands-on proficiency with NetSuite, Ramp, and FloQast
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Solid understanding of banking, payment platforms, and cash management principles
• Experience scaling AP processes in high-growth or PE-backed environments is a plus
