Accounts Payable Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the full accounts payable process from invoice intake to payment execution
• Oversee domestic and international vendor payments via wire, ACH, and checks
• Reconcile AP subledger to the general ledger and perform month-end close
• Support budgeting and cash flow forecasting through weekly reporting
• Manage sales tax documentation and vendor compliance requirements
• Identify opportunities for process automation and operational efficiency
• Oversee expense reimbursements and credit card reconciliations

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
• Proficiency in accounting systems, Microsoft Excel, and AP automation tools
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
• Experience with ERP systems; RLM experience strongly preferred
• Experience managing domestic and international vendor payments
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred

• Prior experience within luxury, fashion, retail, or consumer goods
• Experience in multi-entity environments
