Accounts Payable Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Accounts Payable Specialists, providing coaching, development, and day-to-day guidance
• Oversee invoice processing, payment execution, vendor management, and account reconciliations
• Monitor payment cycles and Days Payable Outstanding (DPO) to optimize cash flow
• Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice discrepancies and purchasing concerns
• Support month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries and financial reporting
• Help modernize financial processes and support ERP implementations

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant corporate accounting experience
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Experience leading accounts payable operations
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel functions
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and GAAP
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
