About the role
Responsibilities
- Book and process supplier invoices
- Reconcile daily bank movements
- Record general ledger and journal entries
- Review and process employee expense reports
- Maintain vendor and client master data in the ERP system
- Track and reconcile credit card transactions
- Support monthly reporting and compliance documentation
Requirements
- Good understanding of accounting principles
- Strong Excel skills
- Willingness to learn SAP and workflow tools
- Professional fluency in Italian and English
- Accuracy, integrity, and accountability
- Ability to work to deadlines
