About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage vendor relations, including the creation and maintenance of accurate vendor records in D365
- Process Purchase Order (PO) and Non-PO invoices, ensuring accuracy and policy adherence
- Generate and reconcile monthly reports, including vendor aging and statements of account
- Perform monthly vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Verify, record, and reconcile employee payables and expenses
- Ensure timely settlement of all booked invoices and employee expenses
- Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals, reclasses, and reconciliations
- Support auditing processes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the accounts payable function
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 15-20 years of extensive experience in accounts payable
- Proficiency in D365 ERP system
- Strong knowledge of Egypt accounting standards and practices
- Fluency in both Arabic and English
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
