Accounts Payable Lead

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between the Client's Head of Accounting and the team
• Coordinate accounting priorities and manage escalations between Germany and Manila
• Support onboarding, training, mentoring, and coaching of new and junior team members
• Oversee end-to-end invoice processes for German and international entities
• Ensure accurate tax/VAT coding and digital workflow management
• Investigate payment roadblocks and optimize workflows with Finance and Business teams
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Accounting or Accounts Payable operations
• Proven leadership or team coordination experience in a shared services or multinational environment
• Proficiency in modern ERP platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with international entities or German accounting is a plus
