About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Client's Head of Accounting and the team
- Coordinate accounting priorities and manage escalations between Germany and Manila
- Support onboarding, training, mentoring, and coaching of new and junior team members
- Oversee end-to-end invoice processes for German and international entities
- Ensure accurate tax/VAT coding and digital workflow management
- Investigate payment roadblocks and optimize workflows with Finance and Business teams
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Accounting or Accounts Payable operations
- Proven leadership or team coordination experience in a shared services or multinational environment
- Proficiency in modern ERP platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with international entities or German accounting is a plus
