Accounts Payable

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes, including invoice verification, matching against approved POs, and entry into the financial system.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Receiving, and department leaders to ensure accurate collection and validation of all documentation.
• Process approved payments in alignment with company financial policies and vendor agreements while tracking due dates.
• Reconcile vendor statements with internal records to ensure payables remain current and audit-ready.
• Investigate discrepancies between supplier invoices and received goods to prevent delays and disputes.
• Handle supplier inquiries with professionalism and maintain clear audit trails for all transactions.
• Prepare regular AP reports, including aging summaries and variance analysis, to support finance leadership.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and maintaining impeccable records.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Accounts Payable experience, ideally within luxury hospitality or high-volume environments.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end AP cycles, vendor reconciliation, and international payment procedures.
• Proficiency in hotel financial systems or ERP platforms such as SUN or Oracle.
• Strong Excel capabilities and analytical thinking skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced pre-opening environment.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is considered an advantage.
