Accounts Payable Executive

Responsibilities

• Perform three-way matching in Basware for PO-based invoices and manage workflow coding for ICO invoices
• Conduct weekly supplier statement reviews and monitor the shared AP inbox
• Provide automation ideas and monitor invoice error trends to improve the AP journey
• Perform daily AR account reconciliations, clean-ups, and bank uploads
• Research check, lockbox, credit card, and wire exceptions on a daily basis
• Manage dealer and staff JDE address book setups
• Handle wholesale bank reconciliations and receipt allocations

Requirements

• B.COM or M.COM degree
• 5 to 6 years of experience in accounts payable processing or accounting
• Proficiency in JDE, Basware, and Concur
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams skills
• Deep knowledge of accounts payable standards and PO matching
• Ability to work independently and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting operations in Germany
