About the role

Responsibilities

  • Review, verify, and process invoices and payment requests
  • Match invoices to purchase orders or vouchers and perform data entry
  • Prepare and perform check runs, electronic transfers, and payments
  • Maintain up-to-date vendor files and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Assist with month-end closing processes and financial report preparation
  • Maintain historical records and ensure compliance with financial policies
  • Collaborate with procurement and finance departments to improve processes

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Experience with SAP, preferably S4
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable principles and general ledger structures
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
