About the role
Responsibilities
- Support financial operations across Travel & Entertainment (T&E), SAP access governance, and vendor maintenance.
- Develop reporting and KPIs to track T&E spend and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Audit employee expense reports to ensure accuracy, policy compliance, and timely reimbursement.
- Oversee and maintain the SAP Chart of Authority database to ensure alignment with approved authority levels.
- Partner with HR and IT to align employee status changes with SAP access and authority updates.
- Manage vendor setup, updates, and maintenance in SAP and Graphite.
- Monitor trends in vendor errors and escalate systemic risks or control gaps.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in vendor maintenance, access administration, T&E support, or financial operations.
- Working knowledge of SAP or an equivalent ERP tool.
- Experience with Graphite and/or Concur.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of internal controls and segregation of duties.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, HR, IT, and Audit teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing or maintaining SOPs and control documentation.
- Knowledge of tax documentation such as W-9, W-8, and VAT.
- Experience tracking operational KPIs and identifying trends.
- Background in process improvement or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience supporting internal or external audits.
