About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support financial operations across Travel & Entertainment (T&E), SAP access governance, and vendor maintenance.
  • Develop reporting and KPIs to track T&E spend and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Audit employee expense reports to ensure accuracy, policy compliance, and timely reimbursement.
  • Oversee and maintain the SAP Chart of Authority database to ensure alignment with approved authority levels.
  • Partner with HR and IT to align employee status changes with SAP access and authority updates.
  • Manage vendor setup, updates, and maintenance in SAP and Graphite.
  • Monitor trends in vendor errors and escalate systemic risks or control gaps.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in vendor maintenance, access administration, T&E support, or financial operations.
  • Working knowledge of SAP or an equivalent ERP tool.
  • Experience with Graphite and/or Concur.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of internal controls and segregation of duties.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, HR, IT, and Audit teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing or maintaining SOPs and control documentation.
  • Knowledge of tax documentation such as W-9, W-8, and VAT.
  • Experience tracking operational KPIs and identifying trends.
  • Background in process improvement or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience supporting internal or external audits.
