Accounts Payable Clerk

Responsibilities

• Independently manage accounts payable processes within an international environment
• Review, pre-account, and record incoming invoices without purchase orders
• Post and reconcile accounts payable invoices with purchase orders
• Execute payment runs and manage accounts payable reminders
• Resolve discrepancies and maintain vendor master data
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to the optimization and automation of accounts payable processes, including the use of AI-supported solutions

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in accounts payable, ideally in an international corporate environment
• Completed commercial training/apprenticeship
• Strong proficiency in SAP and experience with digital workflows
• Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
• Structured, independent, and service-oriented working style

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of French language skills
• Interest in digitalization, automation, and new technologies such as AI applications in finance
