Accounts Payable Assistant

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage supplier accounts and statement reconciliations
• Manage the Accounts Payable inbox and file electronic invoices
• Code invoices and credit notes to correct GL codes
• Manage Pleo expenses and reconcile company credit card expenditure
• Perform month-end tasks including intercompany recharges and AP/AR reports
• Manage budget trackers for staff costs and travel
• Chase POs and assist the credit control team
• Set up supplier payments in the bank
• Process sales orders, sales invoices, and opportunities in Salesforce
• Set up customer Direct Debits in GoCardless and post payments in NetSuite
• Complete supplier and infosec forms for Sales Reps

Requirements

• At least 1+ years of experience in a similar role within a SaaS company
• Professional proficiency in English (speaking, writing, and communicating)
• Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Sheets
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and process-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NetSuite accounting software
• Previous experience with Salesforce CRM
