Accounts Payable Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the procurement process to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services
• Manage the accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely payment of invoices
• Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and maintain strong relationships
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
• Analyze procurement and payables data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
• Prepare regular performance reports for management review
• Work closely with finance, engineering, and supply chain teams to align strategies with business objectives
• Support financial planning and budgeting processes related to procurement and payables
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for audit purposes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, supply chain management, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in procurement, accounts payable, or related financial operations
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., Business Central)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Must be a "U.S. Person" as defined by U.S. export regulations (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry
• Familiarity with specialized procurement software and tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple competing priorities
