Accounts Payable Analyst

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and timely within SAP (PO and non-PO)
• Resolve 3-way match discrepancies and reconcile vendor statements
• Analyze Goods Received Not Invoiced (GRNI) reports
• Manage the AP mailbox and respond to vendor inquiries
• Audit employee expense reports for accuracy and policy compliance using Concur
• Prepare weekly AP cash disbursement forecasts using SAP data
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely approvals and issue resolution

Requirements

• 3–5 years of Accounts Payable or related experience
• Experience with SAP preferred
• Exposure to Concur or similar travel and expense systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
