Responsibilities
- Process all vendor bills across global entities using Ramp
- Develop vendor onboarding processes including bank verification
- Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely manner
- Align with procurement and FP&A teams
- Review expense reports and ensure adherence to company policies
- Reconcile all corporate card charges and liaise with employees for missing documentation
- Identify areas for process efficiencies
- Assist with T&E-related inquiries using Navan
- Prepare 1099s at year end
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Accounting or Accounts Payable
- Experience in a global multi-entity multi-currency environment
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- Ability to design, run, and improve processes independently
- Bias for simplifying and automating processes
