Accounts Payable Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end accounts payable operations, including high-volume invoice processing, expense coding, and compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage vendor onboarding and maintenance for domestic and international vendors, ensuring adherence to regional regulatory requirements.
• Reconcile corporate credit card transactions (AMEX and US Bank PCard) and administer weekly reporting and validations.
• Perform reconciliations between AMEX statements, travel agent reports, and Workday records to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with the timely settlement of payments and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve inquiries and escalations.
• Maintain organized, audit-ready records and assist in the preparation of periodic AP operational reports.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Accounts Payable experience within the financial services or investment management industry.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, specifically Workday.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with corporate card programs and managing large datasets.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve complex financial problems.
