Accounts Payable Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle accounts payable duties including invoice review, data entry, and payment processing
• Execute and revise payment proposals and report results to authorizing employees
• Conduct daily and monthly bank and credit card reconciliations using electronic bank feeds
• Manage vendor master files, verify bank account registrations, and handle all vendor correspondence
• Facilitate vendor payments by matching documents with receiving transactions and resolving discrepancies
• Participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure proper expense cut-off
• Prepare check requests, wire transfers, and ACH transactions
• Balance trial balances and aging reports while generating monthly financial reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Economics)
• 2-3 years of full-cycle accounts payable experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong analytical ability to effectively analyze large amounts of financial data
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of SAP System proficiency
• Experience with Business Online Banking (Firm Banking)
• Ability to navigate complex multinational and multicultural organizations
