Accounts Payable Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assist with bank reconciliations and statement verification
• Issue receipts and operational reports to support financial routines
• Organize and maintain digital documentation, including invoices, statements, and control files
• Update spreadsheets, internal controls, and operational indicators
• Interact with suppliers, clients, and internal departments via email and corporate communication tools
• Perform wallet balance transfers through internal systems as requested
• Support the execution of financial routines to ensure process adherence and data accuracy

Requirements

• Degree (ongoing or completed) in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with Excel and spreadsheet-based controls
• Strong organization skills and high attention to detail
• Discipline in meeting deadlines and proactive attitude
• Strong numerical reasoning and logical thinking skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in administrative or financial routines
