Accounts Payable Analyst

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational continuity within Accounts Payable by supporting high-volume invoice processing and supplier inquiries
• Manage Deere's Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes for internal and external customers
• Perform complex account reconciliations and record routine or recurring transactions
• Gather, review, and assist in analyzing statistical information and financial reports
• Make necessary corrections and adjustments to ensure accurate reporting
• Prepare various daily, monthly, quarterly, or annual financial and cost statements

Requirements

• Accounting or Finance degree or equivalent
• Fluent English communication skills
• Basic knowledge of SAP
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Understanding of integrated internal control systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in Accounts Payable or Supply Management
• Previous professional experience in an Accounting or Finance role
