Accounts Payable Analyst III

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end Accounts Payable operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency.
• Manage the AP document review process, validating the accuracy and proper authorization of all invoices.
• Strengthen internal controls to prevent duplicate or unauthorized payments.
• Supervise daily and monthly bank reconciliations and oversee vendor master data management.
• Resolve discrepancies among purchase orders, receiving records, and invoices.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing procedures.
• Collaborate with the Treasurer and Finance Manager to optimize cash flow and payment planning.
• Lead process standardization and automation initiatives to improve workflow quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field from an accredited university.
• Strong knowledge of SAP systems and Business Online Banking (Firm Banking).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large volumes of financial data.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Experience with internal controls and AP process design.

Preferred Qualifications

• 7–12 years of full-cycle AP experience or equivalent supervisory/managerial experience.
• Experience leading AP process improvement or automation initiatives.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean.
• Ability to navigate complex multinational and multicultural organizations.
