Accounts Payable Analyst

Responsibilities

• Validate and process invoices with accuracy, ensuring compliance with internal procedures
• Match and process invoices against purchase orders, including 2-way and 3-way matching
• Manage accounts payable exceptions using invoice management systems
• Process non-purchase order invoices and verify payment status when required
• Partner with internal teams and suppliers to resolve invoice and payment queries
• Support the wider Accounts Payable team with shared inbox management and administrative coordination

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively
• Clear and confident communication skills with a collaborative approach to teamwork
• A proactive mindset and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in accounts payable or finance processes is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
