Accounts Payable Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze on-hold reports in Ariba and SAP to identify and implement resolutions
• Perform vendor reconciliations and present findings to the wider AP team
• Manage vendor correspondence and resolve invoice queries
• Analyze Goods Received Not Invoiced (GRNI) reports
• Provide support to the outsourced invoice processing team
• Escalate issues and assist in providing solutions to internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in cross-functional teams and provide backup support for AP associates as needed

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Business, IT, or a related field
• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role within a multi-national organization
• Hands-on experience using SAP and Ariba
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
