Accounts Payable Agent

Responsibilities

• Process incoming invoices daily and ensure timely payments to service providers
• Review and submit payable details in the accounting system, ensuring correct cost center allocation and tax accounting
• Set up and maintain service provider accounts in the GCI system
• Resolve invoice exceptions through effective interaction with various departments
• Update vendor statements and provide feedback regarding outstanding invoices
• Review, approve, and support employee expenses within Concur
• Manage intercompany invoices to ensure timely collection and payment between offices
• Support the Accounting Department with miscellaneous projects and assignments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or an equivalent field
• Minimum of one year of relevant accounting or industry experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal)
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in English (A2 – B1 level)
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work both independently and collaboratively
