Accounts Payable Accountant

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete supplier invoice cycle via digitization software
• Perform accounting imputation and analytical coding
• Verify invoice compliance and internal information (project codes, signatories, commissions)
• Monitor payment deadlines and dates
• Handle supplier account reconciliation and balance justification
• Manage payment reminders and dispute resolution
• Prepare payment campaigns
• Control and validate expense reports
• Prepare DAS2 declarations and intra-community VAT refund requests
• Participate in tax declarations (VAT, etc.)
• Contribute to monthly and annual closing processes and audits

Requirements

• Higher education in accounting or finance (DCG minimum required)
• Master CCA, DSCG or equivalent strongly appreciated
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts payable (excluding apprenticeships and internships)
• Proficiency in accounting software and digitization tools
• Strong knowledge of tax rules and the general accounting plan
• Rigor, autonomy, and strong organizational skills
• Analytical and synthesis capabilities
• Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
