Accounts Payable Accountant

Responsibilities

• Create fixed assets within the SAP ERP system
• Monitor fixed asset budgets (CAPEX)
• Process supplier invoices and manage validation workflows
• Participate in monthly closing processes
• Maintain key performance indicators such as payment delays and asset creation counts
• Support other operational tasks within the accounting department
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of departmental processes

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a BTS or BUT in Accounting or Management
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to learn quickly and a curious mindset
• Good interpersonal skills
