Accounts Payable Accountant

Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle of supplier invoice processing, including reception, recording, and verification of compliance with purchase documents.
• Monitor blocked invoices, initiate corrective actions with stakeholders, track payment delays, and request credit notes.
• Perform monthly analysis and justification of supplier accounts in coordination with internal departments.
• Collaborate with the Finance Operation Center in Poznan to ensure seamless general and accounts payable accounting.
• Support monthly and annual accounting closures and provide necessary data for CIR and other funded projects.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and financial projects, such as SAP upgrades and e-invoicing implementation.

Requirements

• Bac+2 (BTS Comptabilité or equivalent) in accounting.
• Significant professional experience in a similar accounts payable role within an industrial environment.
• Proficiency in SAP and the Microsoft Office Suite (Pack Office).
• Strong knowledge of both general and analytical accounting.
• Technical and professional proficiency in English (written and oral) for regular international exchanges.
• Demonstrated ability to work with autonomy, rigor, and a proactive team spirit.
