Accounts Payable Accountant

Responsibilities

• Manage daily treasury operations for France and international entities
• Record and control supplier invoices using Pennylane and Spendesk
• Validate invoices in coordination with internal teams and allocated budgets
• Manage discrepancies between purchase orders and supplier invoices
• Prepare and monitor supplier payment campaigns and bank reconciliations
• Communicate with suppliers to resolve disputes and ensure payment follow-up
• Participate in monthly and annual closing processes, including FNP management and debt reconciliation
• Justify supplier accounts and analyze balances

Requirements

• Bac +2 / Bac +3 degree in accounting (BTS CG, DUT GEA, DCG, or equivalent)
• Proven experience in accounts payable or within an accounting firm
• Proficiency in accounting and tax standards related to purchases and payments
• Mastery of Excel and high comfort level with digital tools
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Pennylane, or Spendesk
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities autonomously
• Experience in the retail or e-commerce sector is preferred
