About the role
Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices and other payment requests accurately and in a timely manner
- Execute monthly, yearly, and weekly pay run closing activities
- Maintain and reconcile accounts payable/receivable ledger accounts and financial statements
- Organize and maintain documentation to ensure accessibility and compliance
- Support team members and the R2R team to maintain an up-to-date purchase ledger
- Identify opportunities to improve or automate manual and time-consuming tasks
- Provide professional service to business stakeholders and vendors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance
- 1-2 years of professional experience in accounts payable
- Proficiency in Oracle and MS Office (specifically Word and Excel)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to learn and apply enterprise AI tools to support technical workflows
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within a multinational company setting
