Accounts Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the finalization of standalone and consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS/GAAP
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
• Review and reconcile intercompany transactions, eliminations, and consolidation adjustments
• Supervise GL, AR, AP, fixed assets, and inventory accounting
• Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors for audits
• Prepare and present MIS reports, P&L statements, and balance sheet analysis
• Conduct variance analysis (Actuals vs. Budget / Forecast)
• Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process
• Monitor financial KPIs, working capital, and cost structures
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and taxation
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA)
• 3–8 years of experience in accounting and finance
• Experience in trading or international group companies preferred
• Strong knowledge of consolidation and intercompany accounting
• Hands-on experience with IT / Accounting / ERP systems
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
• Strong communication skills for working with global teams
• Proven leadership and people management abilities
