Accounts Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting for the e-commerce business using Tally ERP
• Oversee daily sales/purchase entries, ledgers, and bank/payment reconciliations
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, MIS reports, and handle accounts finalization
• Handle GSTR-3B, GSTR-1, and GSTR-2A preparation and ensure timely filing
• Conduct e-commerce platform settlements for Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, and Flipkart
• Manage debit/credit notes, receivables, payables, and vendor reconciliations
• Monitor inventory records, cost sheet tracking, and variance analysis
• Assist in audits and ensure statutory compliance including GST, TDS, PF, and ESI

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
• 3+ years of professional accounting experience
• Strong exposure to e-commerce accounting workflows and platform settlements
• Hands-on expertise in GSTR-3B/1/2A and accounts finalization
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and Advanced Excel
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and communication skills
