Accounts Head

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Prepare financial statements and reports in accordance with accounting standards
• Manage commercial operations including vendor contracts and pricing strategies
• Handle international trade transactions, letters of credit, and forex management
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, customs laws, and documentation
• Manage statutory filings for Income Tax, GST, and TDS
• Oversee statutory, internal, and tax audits
• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, ROC filings, and corporate governance
• Oversee inventory planning, procurement, and supply chain optimization
• Implement inventory control systems to minimize wastage and ensure material availability

Requirements

• CA or MBA qualification
• 10 to 15 years of experience in finance, taxation, material management, and commercial operations
• Expertise in accounting standards, GST, Income Tax, and IndAS
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management and procurement
• Proficiency in ERP systems
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP, Tally, or other ERP systems
• Exposure to international trade regulations and customs compliance
• Experience in supply chain optimization and vendor management
