Accounts & Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for quarterly GAAP and IFRS accounting oversight and financial reporting
• Liaise with external auditors to facilitate the timely completion of audited financial statements
• Manage AP and AR, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments
• Clarify invoices through interaction with purchasers, requisitions, and vendors to ensure 100% accuracy
• Resolve invoice processing issues and maintain/reconcile Accounts Payable and GR/IR accounts
• Apply procure-to-pay processes, policies, procedures, and internal control standards
• Support all internal and external audits

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, or CA
• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Accountancy administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoho Books, Oracle, or similar accounting software
• Proficiency in statutory and tax filings including GST, TDS, PF, PT, MLWF, ESIC, sales tax, and income tax
• Experience with Indian GAAP and US GAAP accounting standards
• Experience preparing management reporting (MIS), company valuations, and stock option agreements
• Experience with secretarial filings with regulatory authorities such as RoC (India), RBI (India), and SEC (US)
• Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
