About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
- Prepare utilisation certificates for donors
- Handle budgeting and statutory compliances
- Assist in fund-raising activities
- Report directly to the Founder
Requirements
- B.Com, M.Com, or ICWA qualification
- Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of all accounting functions
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working within an NGO environment
