Accounts Executive

Responsibilities

• Book and process vendor invoices accurately using the SAP Ariba system, ensuring proper coding and authorization
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions
• Prepare and execute payment runs, including vendor payments and payroll salary administration
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records in the general ledger and ensure proper documentation for audits
• Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals and account reconciliations
• Monitor accounts payable ageing to ensure timely payments and minimize late fees
• Review and reconcile employee expense reports for compliance with company policies
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reconciliations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role
• Proficiency in financial software and systems (experience with SAP Ariba is a plus)
• Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic hospitality environment
