About the role
Responsibilities
- Support assigned key accounts, clients, and sales support services
- Prepare written proposals to clients within 24 hours
- Act as a liaison between customers and lab managers to resolve problems
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales and management reports
- Process orders accurately and manage sample inventory tracking
- Analyze, monitor, and report on key account data
- Maintain an accurate and updated database of client information
- Handle customer complaints and concerns
- Travel to tradeshows and product launches
Requirements
- Associates degree
- 2+ years of experience in the customer service industry
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant science or engineering field
