About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support assigned key accounts, clients, and sales support services
  • Prepare written proposals to clients within 24 hours
  • Act as a liaison between customers and lab managers to resolve problems
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales and management reports
  • Process orders accurately and manage sample inventory tracking
  • Analyze, monitor, and report on key account data
  • Maintain an accurate and updated database of client information
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns
  • Travel to tradeshows and product launches

Requirements

  • Associates degree
  • 2+ years of experience in the customer service industry

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant science or engineering field
