About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Unit Leader and wider Mental Capacity team on all client-related financial matters
- Process payments across the caseload in line with agreed terms
- Assist with the preparation and submission of costing files to the Senior Courts Costs Office
- Carry out weekly bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Open and maintain client accounts as required
- Undertake general administrative tasks including data entry and supplier correspondence
Requirements
- Experience of accounts processes and managing individual client budgets
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail with numerical data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and build professional relationships
